You know who your next leaders are. They are not ready yet.
Every organisation has them: the high performers who deliver, who everyone relies on, and who are quietly stuck. Too busy to think. Reactive instead of intentional. Strong on results, unsure how to influence upwards, sideways and across cultures.
Promotion alone will not fix that. Neither will another generic leadership course that is forgotten by the following Monday.
What changes behaviour is self knowledge that is precise, a group that holds you to it, and enough time for the brain to build new habits. That is what MAP is designed to do.
Four capabilities. One leadership operating system.
CM4C stands for Coaching and Mentoring for Change, and the four Cs are the capabilities we build in every leader we work with. They are grounded in emotional intelligence, cultural intelligence and what neuroscience tells us about how people actually change.
-
Communication
Leaders who are heard, not just present. We work on how your people read a room, regulate themselves under pressure and adapt their message to the person in front of them. The result is fewer misunderstandings, faster decisions and influence that does not depend on title.

Leaders who are understood
Most communication problems in organisations are not language problems. They are awareness problems. A leader who does not notice their own state under pressure cannot regulate it, and a leader who cannot regulate it sends signals that everyone else has to decode. Teams spend energy reading the boss instead of doing the work.
In MAP, communication starts with the Energy Leadership Index and the Blindspot Indicator: how does this leader show up when things are calm, how do they show up when things are not, and how far does that differ from how they think they show up? From there we build the emotional intelligence to stay regulated, the cultural intelligence to adapt the message to the person, and the practical skill to say hard things clearly and kindly.
For your organisation, the return is measurable in the things you already track: fewer escalations, faster decisions, better engagement scores and leaders whose influence rests on how they communicate rather than on their job title.
-
Change
Change is a nervous system event before it is a project plan. Leaders learn why people resist, how to reduce the threat response that stalls transformation, and how to lead themselves through uncertainty so their teams can follow.

Leaders who can move, and take others with them
Change fails in organisations for a reason that neuroscience explains well. The brain treats uncertainty as a threat, and a threatened brain narrows its focus, protects what it has and resists what it does not understand. Project plans and town halls do not change that. Leaders who understand it can.
MAP equips your leaders to lead change from the inside out. They learn their own default response to uncertainty through the Hogan and ELI assessments, including the derailers that appear when pressure rises. They learn how to reduce threat and increase safety in the people around them. And they learn to lead themselves first, because a team will not move towards a future its leader is visibly anxious about.
For your organisation, this means transformations that hold, restructures that do not lose your best people, and leaders who can be trusted with the changes you have not announced yet.
-
Culture
Your teams span nationalities, generations and working styles. Using cultural intelligence (CQ) we help leaders see their own worldview, understand the ones around them and build the psychological safety that lets diverse teams perform.

Leaders who work across difference
Your organisation almost certainly employs people from many nationalities, generations and professional backgrounds. That diversity is an asset only when your leaders know how to work with it. Most do not, not because they lack goodwill, but because they have never examined their own cultural lens or learned to read anyone elses.
Cultural intelligence (CQ) is a measurable capability, and MAP measures it. Leaders discover their own worldview and the values that drive their decisions, then learn to recognise and adapt to the worldviews of the people they lead, sell to and negotiate with. Combined with emotional intelligence, this becomes the foundation of psychological safety: teams where people speak up, disagree well and stay.
For your organisation, the payoff is retention, collaboration across silos and markets, and leaders who can be deployed anywhere in the business, not only where the culture matches their own.

Continuous improvement
Awareness that does not turn into habit is just an interesting workshop. Every MAP cohort is built around practice, feedback and a 90 day integration plan, so improvement keeps compounding long after the programme ends.

Leaders who keep getting better
The failure mode of leadership development is well known. Two inspiring days, a folder of slides, and within a month behaviour has returned to baseline. The reason is neurological: new behaviour needs repetition, feedback and time to become the default, and a busy quarter provides none of those on its own.
MAP is designed for what happens after the insight. Every cohort is built around practice between sessions, peer accountability, a 90 day integration plan and, in the Rise and sustain edition, follow up sessions and progress reviews that extend the journey to six months. Leaders leave with habits, not notes, and with a peer group inside your organisation that keeps holding them to a higher standard.
For your organisation, this is the difference between a training budget and a talent investment: development that keeps compounding after the invoice is paid.
MAP: Mindset, Awareness, Progress
A leadership programme built on evidence, not slogans
MAP is a cohort based executive leadership programme for senior talent who are ready to step into the role their line manager holds today. It combines four assessments, six modules and a facilitated peer group into one structured journey, so development is anchored in data about the individual rather than assumptions about the group.
Anchored by four assessments
-
Energy Leadership Index (ELI)
how each leader shows up under stress and at their best, and what it costs them.
-
Hogan
the personality patterns that help a leader succeed, and the ones that quietly derail them when pressure rises.
-
Cultural Intelligence (CQ)
the ability to work effectively across cultural differences, measured and developed rather than assumed.
-
Blindspot Indicator
the gap between how leaders see themselves and how others experience them.
Every assessment is debriefed 1:1 with Sabine. The rest of the programme runs in a cohort of peers, because leaders learn most from being seen and challenged by people at their level.
Six modules that build on each other
- 01Mindset
the beliefs that drive current behaviour, and which ones need to change
- 02Emotional self management
staying regulated and intentional when the stakes are high
- 03The neuroscience of energy
managing attention, stress and recovery as leadership resources
- 04Communication
being understood by the people who matter, in the way that works for them
- 05Influence
getting buy in without authority, across functions and cultures
- 06Sustaining progress
turning new awareness into habits that survive a busy quarter
What your leaders walk away with
- Clarity about who they are, what they want and the legacy they are working towards
- Visibility: they know how to be seen for the value they create
- Precision: they know how to talk to whom, in which way, to get the outcome the business needs
- A peer network inside your organisation that keeps holding them to a higher standard
Choose the depth your talent needs
MAP runs in three lengths. All three use the same cohort model, the same 1:1 debriefs and the same evidence base. What changes is how many assessments are included and how long we work together on making the change stick.
-
6 weeks
MAP Reset
Two assessments. For leaders who need a fast, focused reset: clarity on how they lead under pressure and one or two behaviours to shift immediately. Ideal as a first cohort or for a specific transition.
-
12 weeks
MAP Rise
All four assessments. The full picture of mindset, personality, cultural intelligence and blind spots, worked through across six modules. For high potential talent you are preparing for the next role.
-
24 weeks
MAP Rise and sustain
All four assessments plus an extended integration phase with follow up sessions and progress reviews. For succession candidates and leadership teams where lasting behaviour change is the point.
Every programme can be delivered as a closed cohort for one organisation, or your leaders can join a mixed cohort alongside peers from other companies. We can also build a MAP edition around a specific challenge, such as a merger, a new leadership team or a founder team scaling fast.
Also available
1:1 executive coaching for the leaders who need it most
Some situations call for one leader and one coach. A new executive in the first 100 days. A founder stepping back from operations. A senior leader whose results are strong but whose impact on others is holding them back.
Executive coaching with Sabine is confidential, assessment informed and goal driven. Engagements typically run for six months with a clear contract agreed between the leader, their sponsor and the coach at the start, and a review of progress at the end.

Coaching from someone who has sat in your chair
Sabine Karunanithy founded CM4C after a career as an HR Director, where she saw the same pattern repeat: strong performers promoted into leadership, then left to work it out alone.
She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner and certified in Hogan, cultural intelligence, NLP and organisational change. She is Expert in Residence at Sheraa, the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center, and a mentor coach to other coaches. What leaders and their organisations say
Questions companies ask
How many people are in a cohort?
Between six and twelve. Small enough for every voice to be heard, large enough for real peer challenge.
Is MAP delivered in person or online?
Both. Cohorts in the UAE can run in person, blended or fully online. International cohorts run online with sessions timed for the group.
What does the sponsor see?
Assessment results stay confidential to the participant. Sponsors receive a programme summary, attendance, the themes the cohort worked on and, with each participants consent, their development goals and progress.
Can we start with one person?
Yes. Individual leaders can join a mixed cohort, or start with 1:1 executive coaching and move into MAP later.
