CM4C FZE-LLC, trading as CM4C ("we", "us" or "our"), is responsible for the personal information we collect through cm4c.co and our related enquiry, appointment-booking and course services.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we collect:

• Enquiry information: your name, email address, contact details and information you include when contacting us.
• Appointment information: your name, email address, selected appointment, time zone and answers to booking questions.
• Course and account information: your name, email address, account details, courses purchased and information about your access to and progress through course content.
• Purchase information: order details, billing information, transaction references and payment or refund status. Payment-method details are processed by Stripe.
• Subscription information: your name, email address, communication preferences and records of consent when you subscribe to communications.
• Technical information: information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages accessed and interactions with website features, collected by the website and its providers.

Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information, confidential employer information or information about other people in website forms or booking notes.

Information collected during a coaching or consulting engagement may also be covered by the privacy information and confidentiality arrangements supplied for that engagement.

3. How and why we use your information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to enquiries and discuss services you request.
• Arrange appointments and send booking confirmations or reminders.
• Manage course purchases and provide course access.
• Handle support requests, payment enquiries and refunds.
• Deliver resources or communications you have requested.
• Send newsletters or promotional communications only where you have separately requested or subscribed to them and applicable law permits their use.
• Operate, maintain and protect our website and services.
• Maintain accounting and transaction records, meet legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Purchasing a course, booking an appointment or making an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.

We obtain consent where required by applicable law. Where UAE law permits processing without consent, we rely on the relevant statutory exception, including processing necessary to fulfil a contract, take steps at your request in connection with a contract, comply with legal obligations or establish or defend legal claims.

Where European or UK data protection law applies, we may also rely on legitimate interests for necessary enquiry handling, security and business administration, subject to your rights and interests. This is not a general lawful basis under UAE law.

Simply visiting our website does not constitute consent to marketing or optional tracking. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it by contacting sabine@cm4c.co.

4. Providers used for our services

Kajabi

We use Kajabi to provide course landing pages, manage course orders and deliver access to purchased courses.

Information processed through Kajabi may include your name, email address, account and login details, course purchases, order and payment status, and information about your access to and progress through course content.

We use this information to fulfil your purchase, provide course access, respond to support requests and maintain necessary transaction records.

Where you separately subscribe to communications delivered through Kajabi, it also processes your contact details and communication preferences. If email engagement tracking is enabled, this may include whether an email is opened or a link is clicked.

Kajabi processes information on our behalf and also processes certain information for its own purposes as described in its Privacy Notice.

Stripe

Payments for courses purchased through our Kajabi landing pages are processed by Stripe.

Stripe processes the information you enter at checkout, which may include your name, billing address, card or other payment-method details, and transaction information.

We receive the order and payment information needed to confirm your purchase, provide course access, handle payment enquiries or refunds, and maintain accounting records. Full card details are handled by Stripe rather than collected through our own website forms.

Stripe also processes personal information for payment security, fraud prevention and compliance with its legal obligations. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Calendly

We use Calendly to arrange appointments. When you book, Calendly processes information such as your name, email address, appointment details, time zone and answers to booking questions. We receive the information needed to manage your appointment.

Calendly processes booking information on our behalf and also processes certain technical and service information for its own purposes. See Calendly's Privacy Notice.

YouTube

Our website may display embedded YouTube videos or link to videos on YouTube. YouTube is provided by Google.

When an embedded player loads or you interact with a video, Google may receive technical information, including your IP address, browser or device information and information about your interaction with the video. Cookies or similar technologies may be used, depending on the player configuration and your settings. If you are signed in to Google, information may be associated with your Google account.

5. Cookies and embedded content

Cookies and similar technologies may be used to operate website features, remember preferences and support services such as course access, checkout, appointment booking and video playback.

Some technologies are necessary for a feature you request. Optional tracking and embedded-content technologies require consent where applicable law requires it.

Cookie controls

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

The only embedded third party content is a YouTube video on the For Individuals page. It loads only when you select play. Until then nothing is requested from Google or YouTube.

Fonts, images and all other assets are served from this website.

Because no optional or consent dependent technology runs before you choose it, there is nothing to accept or decline when you arrive. If you play the video, YouTube's own cookies and privacy information apply from that point, as described above.

You can also manage cookies through your browser. Blocking cookies may affect some features. When you follow a link to another provider's website, that provider's cookie controls and privacy information apply.

6. Who receives your information

We disclose information where necessary to providers supporting the services described in this policy, including Kajabi, Stripe, Calendly, Zoom, GoDaddy and Vercel, which hosts this website. Google may collect information directly through YouTube embeds.

Authorised people supporting our business may access information where necessary for their duties, subject to appropriate confidentiality arrangements.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers or authorities where necessary to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

7. International processing

We operate in the United Arab Emirates. Our providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries where they or their service providers operate.

International processing is subject to applicable legal requirements, including UAE restrictions on cross-border transfers. Information about the safeguards or statutory grounds applicable to a transfer must be made available before the relevant processing takes place.

8. How long we keep information

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for its purpose, taking account of applicable legal requirements and the need to resolve disputes.

• Enquiries and bookings: for handling your request, arranging appointments and necessary follow-up.
• Course and account information: for providing course access and related support, and for any necessary period afterwards to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
• Purchase and payment records: for the periods required by applicable accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
• Subscription information: while you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we may keep a limited suppression record to prevent further marketing messages.
• Consent records: where needed to demonstrate compliance.
• Client engagement information: in accordance with the engagement's requirements and applicable legal obligations.
• Technical records: for the periods needed for website operation and security.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it, subject to lawful retention requirements and backup deletion cycles. You may contact us for further information about the retention criteria applicable to your information.

9. Security and data breaches

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information and restrict access to those who need it for authorised purposes.

No website, email service or storage system can guarantee complete security. Please protect your course login credentials and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through website forms or ordinary email.

If a personal data breach occurs, we will investigate, take appropriate corrective action and notify affected individuals and the competent authority where required by applicable law.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have the right to:

Information requests under the UAE law are provided without charge, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We may still send necessary messages about an appointment, enquiry, purchase or service you have requested.

You do not have to contact us before making a complaint to the competent authority. If you need help identifying the appropriate complaint channel, you may ask us for that information.

Providing information is generally voluntary. If you do not provide details necessary to respond to an enquiry, arrange an appointment or fulfil a course purchase, we may be unable to fulfil that request.

11. Children

Our website, courses and business services are intended for adults aged 18 or over.

We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through these services. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact sabine@cm4c.co so we can investigate, restrict further processing where appropriate and take the action required by applicable law.

Any service specifically offered to children would require a separate assessment and appropriate privacy information and safeguards before launch.

We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The current version will appear on this page with its updated date.

Where required, we will notify you of material changes or request fresh consent.
