Soon after Sabine started her journey working with different start ups to create (and/ or improve) their HR processes, she realized that the multitude of urgent topics of management can be handled best by combining business knowledge with coaching methods.
This approach allowed Sabine to navigate change processes, culture change, and other processes that are crucial for business success.
For this reason, she called her own business CM4C – coaching methods for change, communication, culture, and continuous improvement.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
A coaching process does not have a general duration. It depends on your goals, the progress you make, and the frequency of our sessions.
We can start with a coaching agreement for three, six, nine, or twelve months and can make changes on the ago. Any agreement can be extended as well.
Many people engage a coach because they want to make changes – in their personal life, their career, or even in their personality. The degree of change depends on each client individually. In our coaching I will help you create awareness of the change you want to make, awareness of how to make it, and awareness of how to maintain the change. Making and maintaining the actual change is up to you.
How and how often we meet depends on our individual agreement. We can meet online, in person, or in a combination of both. I will be available for you in between sessions as well if you wish. The frequency of our coaching sessions depends on our agreement as well; we can meet once a week, every fortnight, or once a month. Gaps of more than a month are not recommended.
The fee can by paid by credit card or it can be transferred. Cash payment is not accepted.
After the discovery call you can decide whether you want to sign a coaching contract with me. This contract will include a certain duration for our coaching as well as a notice period. You can cancel the agreement based on the notice period in written form.
