Start a unique learning journey to become an even better HR Leader

You have the chance to start a coaching journey in which you can learn emotional intelligence to understand your triggers, your reactions, and your perspectives better. You can add the perspective of others and learn how to take different viewpoints which will help you not only with leading others but also in challenging conversations and negotiations.

Furthermore, you can add Neuro Linguistic Programing, which is a methodology that explains thought patterns, preferences in choice, and limiting beliefs. After you began to understand your own patterns better, you can learn how to identify other people’s patterns and preferences.

Your learning journey will be tailor made for you based on your learning goals and your desired learning speed.

This is what your coaching journey can look like:

  1. In your first two to four sessions, we will identify your goal and explore this goal in fine detail.
  2. You can choose whether you want to include feedback of your stakeholders into your journey; tailor made questions will enable you to include the topics you want to base your coaching on.
  3. We will then draw your journey together, design the different learning elements, the overall duration, and the frequency of our sessions.
  4. Every couple of months we will reflect on your journey thus far. We can include feedback of your stakeholders at this stage again.
  5. It is your decision when you want to finish your journey; you can make it dependent on the goal we identified at the beginning, or you can continue our sessions for regular check-ins and coaching on emerging challenges or growth opportunities you see.
